Already a customer
Open Support inside the app to start a ticket. It keeps the conversation attached to your account so we can see your setup without asking for screenshots.
Locked out
Request a magic login link. We email a one-time link to the address on your account; check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
Billing or trial questions
The trial runs 14 days with no card required, and the subscription is $19/month after that. Billing changes are made from Billing in the app; for anything else, email us and include the business name on your account.
