What’s included
There is no “Starter” or “Pro” tier to compare. Every account gets the complete product described on the features page:
Sell
POS terminal with product search and barcode input, customers, manager-PIN discounts, parked sales, and split payments across cash, card, and Stripe QR.
Stock
Products, categories, and SKUs with stock adjustments, CSV product and stock imports, purchase orders that receive straight into stock, and low-stock badges with email alerts.
Receipts & refunds
Print, PDF, or email receipts with your own header, footer, and paper width. Issue refunds with credit notes you can print or save as PDF.
Reports & accounting
Sales, tax, discount, category, dead-stock, and reconciliation reports, plus CSV exports for QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, and Excel. Staff accounts and a filterable audit log are included.
How the trial and billing work
- Start free. Create an account with your name, email, and business details. No card is requested.
- Use everything for 14 days. The trial is the full product, not a limited preview — add products, run sales, and connect Stripe if you want to take cards.
- Subscribe when ready. Open Billing inside the app to subscribe for $19/month through Stripe Checkout.
- If you don’t subscribe, your data stays put. You can still log in and view your catalog, orders, and reports; selling and most edits pause until you subscribe.
- Cancel anytime. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Card payment fees
Many POS platforms add their own percentage on top of the card processor’s fee. SaleSmarty doesn’t. Card and QR payments run through your own Stripe account using Stripe Connect, so you pay Stripe’s standard processing rates and nothing to us. Cash sales never carry a fee.
