Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Sign up, use the full product for 14 days, then subscribe if it fits your shop.
What happens when the trial ends?
You can still log in and view your data. Selling and most edits pause until you subscribe — so you don’t lose your catalog or history.
Do you take a cut of card payments?
No. We don’t add a platform fee. You only pay Stripe’s normal processing rates when you accept cards through Connect.
Can’t log in?
Use a magic login link emailed to your account. That’s the fastest recovery path.
How do I get help once I’m in?
